SIZE CHART

Each garment from our clothing line is made with utmost care and high-quality fabrics. We have displayed our product colours as accurately as possible to the best of our efforts.

However, due to varying screen resolutions on different devices, we can’t guarantee that colours will appear exactly the same on every display.

All our garments undergo a thorough quality check before being dispatched.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or if you’ve received the incorrect product from our end. In the case of clothing, no returns will be accepted unless the fabric was delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition. If so, you may return the item(s) in their original packaging and in unworn condition, as received by you.

There will be no return, exchange, or replacement on sale items, or items purchased using a credit note or gift coupon. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.


EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To request a return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package by emailing us at  shopaur.sales@gmail.com. In order to process your request, we will require photograph(s) of the damaged or incorrect item.
Once we receive your email with the images, and upon discretionary approval by the QC team, we will arrange to collect the damaged or incorrect product.

The fresh or correct product will be dispatched once we receive the returned item. In case the product is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a store credit, valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Refunds will only be provided if the package is lost in transit.


Important things to keep in mind while sending back a clothing piece for return:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package by emailing us at  shopaur.sales@gmail.com with your desired size exchange or issue.
  • All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no scent of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.

Conditions Under Which Return/Exchange is Denied:

  • Items purchased on sale.Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect format of delivery address.
  • Three failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
  • Package refused by the recipient.
  • Sizing issues - please carefully review the size chart mentioned in the product description before placing your order.
  • Products returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition.Minor colour and design variations, as all our garments are handmade and naturally dyed fabrics may differ slightly in each piece.

NOTE: Sizing is based on body measurements. The finished garment will measure larger to allow for movement.
